Needed a quick supper and wanted to use both cabbage and leftover beans that was low sodium. Needed a quick supper and wanted to use both cabbage and leftover beans that was low sodium.

    1 cup of chopped red cabbage
    1 cup of pinto beans (no added salt)
    1/2 cucumber (chopped)
    8 grape tomatoes quartered

Directions

chop up vegetables and combine. Add beans and mix.
