Ingredients

    20 Fresh Brussel Sprouts
    kosher salt
    pepper
    1/4 cup cranraisins
    1/4 cup pecans quartered
    1 tablespoon EVOO
    1 tablespoon balsamic vinegarette
    1/4 cup Carey's Sugar Free Syrup

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
1. Mix brussel sprouts and EVOO, dash salt and pepper across and place on cookie sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
2. In oven safe bowl, mix sprouts with remaining ingredients and return to oven for 6 minutes.
