Introduction

Toast Quinoa and Oats at 350 for 10 mins
Mix Peanut Butter, honey, oil in pot until melted
Mix dry goods in bowl, add peanut butter mixture and quinoa/oats
Pour into 9X13 pan - put in oven for 20 mins @ 350
Let cool for 1- 2 hrs, cut into as many sq's as you like at least 12, more for small snack size

    .5 Coconut
    1 Cup dried fruit/nuts/chocolate chips
    .5 Cup Peanut butter
    3/4 Cup honey
    1 tbsp oil
    3 tbsp sugar (I used half)
    1/4 tsp salt
