We are a family trying to make healthier choices. With that said, we love desserts! That is what made me come up with my low calorie / low sugar option for Tiramisu. I hope that you like it!! Ingredients

1 - 1oz. box- Jell-o Sugar Free/Fat Free Cheesecake instant Pudding
1 - 1.5oz box - Jell-o Sugar Free/Fat Free Vanilla instant Pudding
2-1/2 cups skim milk
2 cups of Cool Whip Lite
2 oz. Cream Cheese
2-1/2 Tbsp instant coffee
1/2 cup hot water
1 Tbsp cocoa powder (if desired)
Tips
You can also make individual servings in ramekins or parfait glasses then add shaved chocolate pieces, if you want something fancier!
Directions
Put both boxes of pudding, cream cheese, milk and Cool Whip in mixer and mix until smooth and fluffy. Place in refrigerator for about 5 minutes, so that it can set up.
Dissolve instant coffee in hot water and set aside.
Take ladyfingers, which should be split in half, and put one layer on bottom of small casserole dish, with cut sides up. Take 1/2 of coffee mixture and pour or spoon over ladyfingers.
Take pudding out of refrigerator and put 1/2 smoothed over ladyfingers.
Use other 1/2 of ladyfingers and soak with remaining coffee then layer with remaining pudding mixture.
Dust with cocoa powder, if desired.
Cover with plastic wrap and place in refrigerator to stay set up until ready to serve!
