I grew up eating Tuna is a variety of ways. This version has low carb pasta, so that it stretches to feed a bunch without all of the extra carbs of traditional pasta! Ingredients

3 - 12oz. (Large) Cans of Solid White Albacore Tuna
2 - Boiled Eggs
1 - Small Sweet Onion
4 - Tbsp Lite Mayonnaise
3 - Tbsp Sugar free Sweet Relish
3 - Tbsp Dill Relish
1/2 Box (6.5 oz) - Dreamfields Elbow Pasta
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Salt
Pepper to taste
Tips
You can serve this warm or cold. It is great on a bed of lettuce, by itself with crackers or even on a sandwich! You can also use Greek Yogurt, if you prefer a lower fat option. Also, you can add chopped bell pepper, if you want extra crunch!
Directions
Chop boiled eggs and sweet onion then put aside.
Drain and rinse Tuna then break meat up with fork. Add Mayonnaise, Sweet and Dill Relish, Eggs, Onions and 1/2 pasta. Mix thoroughly.
Add Garlic, Salt and remaining pasta and mix again, so to incorporate all ingredients.
Pepper to taste, if desired
Serving Size: Makes approximately 12 servings, depending on how served
