    1.5-2 lb beef chuck roast cut into large chunks (nutrition is based off a 1.7 lb roast)

    2 medium onions (chunked)

    2 cans Rotel tomatoes (juice and all)

    2 Tbsp Pampered chef southwestern seasoning or smokey applewood seasoning

    2 Tbs worcestershire sauce

Directions

put everything in crockpot and cook on low 8-10 hours! supper...DONE!
