Introduction

Low calorie alternative to lox and cream cheese on a bagel. Also great for on-the-go people. Low calorie alternative to lox and cream cheese on a bagel. Also great for on-the-go people.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

Light Flat Out Wraps, 1 wrap (or other low calorie, high fiber wrap)
Philadelphia Light Chives and Onion Cream Cheese, 1 oz
Smoked Salmon, Farm Raised, 1 oz
    Tomato slices, 2

Directions

1. The wraps suggested here are oval in shape, not round. Lay out a layer of the cream cheese along the middle, lengthwise.
2. Place the tomato on the cream cheese.
3. Layer the salmon on top.
4. Fold in the sides, then the top and bottom.

Makes one. Make several in advance and keep in the fridge. Will keep for several days. I put each one into a separate baggie, and grab one as I head out the door!
