Ingredients

    1/2 lb lean ground turkey
Net 4 cups cooked whole Wheat spaghetti
1 Jar (8oz) Low Sodium Chunky Salsa- choose Mild, Medium or Hot to taste
    4 Skim Milk Mozzarella sticks

Directions

Form 1" sized meatballs out of the turkey and brown in a skillet, cook until done. I don't add any fillers like bread crumbs or egg- the salsa is going to add plenty of flavor. Pour off excess fat. Meanwhile boil the spaghetti to preferred doneness. Cut the mozarella sticks into small pieces- I usually quarter then dice. Add the salsa to the meatballs and heat through. When the pasta is cooked add all ingredients to a large bowl and toss. Serve in individual bowls with a sprinkle of mozarella pieces. Our Local brand of salsa that is low sodium and has corn, black beans, and other veggies in it that makes this dish a lot more flavorful!
