Ingredients

2 tsp yellow mustard
2 tbsp light mayo of choice
3 tbsp dill pickle relish
1 tbsp Ranch dressing
1.5 stalk of celery
2 cans of light tuna packed in water
4 hard boiled eggs (whites only) equal to 1 cup
Directions
1. Chop up celery and egg whites in food processor or by hand.
2. Drain water from tuna.
3. Combine all ingredients in large bowl and stir. If you want to use more or less mustard, mayo and ranch, thats fine.
4: Serve on salad or whole wheat bread. Makes 6 servings.
