Ingredients

Dough:
200g Flour
100g Butter, soft
50g Water
1/2 tsp Salt
Filling:
150g Ham, finely diced
200g Gouda, chopped
3 Eggs
200g Heavy whipping cream
1/4 tsp Pepper
2 dashes Salt
1 dash Nutmeg
Directions
Made with a thermo-mix
Dough:
1) Preheat oven to 180 C and grease a quiche pan or a pan with removable sides.
2) Add all dough ingredients and mix for one minute on 'wheat.'
3) Spread the dough along the bottom of the pan (approx. 2 cm thick) and bake for 15 minutes.
Filling:
1) Put the gouda and ham in the thermo-mix and mix for 8 seconds on level 4.
2) Add the other ingredients and mix at level 2 for 15 seconds. Then mix for 7 seconds at level 5.
3) When the dough is ready, pour the egg mixture over it and spread the ham/cheese bits around so they're approximately equal everywhere.
4) Bake for 35 minutes or until it's ready.
5) Use a knife to separate the quiche from the sides of the pan, remove the sides, and serve.
Serving Size: Makes 8 slices
