Ingredients

1 540ml can of Cannellini Beans (White Kidney Beans)
2 cups raw baby spinach
1 whole lemon (juice and zest)
3 tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
Tips
Serve with raw veggies or crackers. It is quite thick so it makes a good sandwich spread too.
Directions
Drain and rinse beans
Pulse in food processor until almost smooth
Add washed raw spinach, olive oil, lemon juice and zest
Pulse until spinach starts to incorporate
Add spices and pulse until smooth
Add more spices to taste if needed
Serving Size: Approximately 20 - 2 tbsp servings
