Ingredients

    1 lb ground chicken
    1 tsp Mrs Dash
    1 carton unsalted chicken stock
    2 c low sodium chicken broth
    1 can diced fire roasted tomatoes
    16 oz bag frozen mixed vegetables
    1 can Simple Truth tri-bean blend, rinsed
    1 can Simple Truth garbanzo beans, rinsed
    1 tsp lite salt
    1 tsp oregano
    1 T Italian seasoning

Directions

Fry chicken with Mrs Dash. Add remaining ingredients and cook until vegetables are done.
