Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

steamed salmon (any water packed or steamed seafoods--tuna, crab, baby shrimp, seabass)
cucumber english, diced (or seeded & diced cuke)
poppy seed dressing (soy-mayo or yogurt)
    (lemon juice)
    (dill)
    (scallions)

Directions

Original poppy seeded dressing was impromptu. Measurements not exact. Used the mustard flour and water (this added spicy flavor) to thicken the salad after finding chilled salad too loose.

Variation1: Ok with soymayo instead of poppyseed dressing. Add lemon juice.

Variation2: Also ok with plain yogurt flavored with dill.

Variation3: Ok without seafood. Added scallions.

Steam salmon (or leftover). Set aside to cool. Flake when cooled.
Dice into 1/4" cubes english-type cucumber with peel.
Combine remaining ingredients for the dressing. (salt & sugar, poppy seed are optional or add lightly to taste; or moisten with soy mayonnaise and poppy seed.) Chill.
