Ingredients

    ¼ cup mayonnaise (use a kind with olive oil, like Kraft or Hellmann's)
    ½ tbsp fish sauce
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    1 ½ tbsp water
    1 tsp lemon zest
    1 clove pressed garlic
    ¼ tsp black pepper
    pinch smoked paprika (optional)
    1 tsp grated Parmesan cheese (use the real stuff)

Directions

Whisk together all the ingredients in a small dish.
For best flavour, let rest in the refrigerator 1 hour before use.
