½ tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 ½ tbsp water
1 tsp lemon zest
1 clove pressed garlic
¼ tsp black pepper
pinch smoked paprika (optional)
1 tsp grated Parmesan cheese (use the real stuff)
Directions
Whisk together all the ingredients in a small dish.
