Ingredients

    3 TBSP Chia seeds
    1 cup unsweetened almond milk
    2 TBSP unsweetened cocoa powder
    1 TBSP Maple Syrup (or sweetener of choice)
    1 tsp vanilla essence
    1 pinch sea salt

    To make sugar free use liquid stevia in place of maple syrup - approx 6 - 10 drops or to taste

    1/2 cup mixed berries to serve (if using frozen berries defrost on a piece of paper towel before serving.

Tips

This can be blended in a food processor or blender for a smooth pudding.


Directions

Combine all ingredients in small bowl. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Serve with mixed berries for breakfast or dessert.
