Ingredients

    4 Oz. ground beef chuck
    1 15 oz. can Del Monte Diced Tomatoes w/Green Pepper & Onion
    1 Can Light Red Kidney Beans
    1/2 cup dry macaroni
    1/4 cup chopped onion
    1 clove garlic
    5 tbls. chopped green pepper
    5 tbls. chopped red pepper
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 cup frozen sweet corn
    2 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. smoked paprika

Directions

Brown beef, add chopped onion, minced garlic. Add tomatoes, kidney beans, macaroni, chopped peppers, sugar, chili powder and smoked paprika. Stir well, bring to boil, turn down and cook on low for 25 minutes. The last 10 minutes add the frozen corn and peppers. You could add salt if you want.
