Introduction

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 pound Ground Turkey, extra lean
    2 large Carrots, shredded
    1/2 medium Onion, minced
    1 clove of Garlic, minced
    1/2-1 cup of dry Oatmeal depending on desired consistency (preferably quick oats, but any variety will work)**
    Salt and Pepper to taste.

Tips

Add additional seasoning for however you like your burgers. I added Chili Powder and dried Basil to mine, and they were delicious!

**Recipe is calculated for 6 patties and 3/4 cup of dry oatmeal.


Directions

Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl until all ingredients are well incorporated throughout. Separate and shape into 6 to 8 patties depending on how big you like them. Cook in a skillet over the store or on the grill until cooked through.
