Ingredients
-
3/4 Cup Chobani Nonfat Plain Yogurt
1 Large Egg
1/4 tsp Salt
1 Cup Granulated Sugar
1/2 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1/2 Cup Rolled Oats
1/4 Cup 2% Vitamin D Milk
1/2 Cup Simply Jif or other reduced fat/sugar Peanut Butter
1/4 Cup Semi-Sweet or Dark Chocolate Chips
Non-stick fat-free cooking spray
Tips
If you do not have an 8X8 pan, use an 11X7 pan by using non-stick foil to create a dam and a perfect square. Spray foil with cooking spray to make sure brownies do not stick.
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and prepare an 8X8 pan with cooking spray.
In a blender mix the Yogurt, Egg, Salt, Sugar, Cocoa Powder, Rolled Oats and Milk until smooth. Be sure to scrape down sides to ensure all the Oats are ground up in the mixture and it is blended well. Stir in chocolate chips.
Pour into pan and make sure it is spread out evenly. Place Peanut Butter in the microwave and heat for 30 second intervals until it is liquidy enough to pour. Once it is heated sufficiently, pour over top of brownie batter and swirl in with a butter knife or small spatula.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes then let cool thoroughly. Cut into 12 squares and refrigerate for extra shelf life.
