Ingredients

    Maple Syrup - 1/2c
    Baking Soda, 1 tsp
    Bob's Red Mill Rolled Oats, thick cut, 2 cup
    Jif Natural Peanut Butter - Natural, 1 c
    Kroger Unsweetened Applesauce - 1/2 c
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
    Dr. Quinn Whey-26 Protein (Vanilla - 30g) 3oz
    Comforts for Toddler - Apple Fruit Crisps (10g), 2 serving
    Vanilla Extract, 2 tbsp

Directions

Preheat oven to 350* Spray 9x13 pan with nonstick spray.

Mix PButter, syrup, protein powder, applesauce,vanilla, cinnamon, baking soda. Stir in oats and apples.

Bake 12 minutes.
