    Cauliflower 70g
    mushrooms 70 g (4)
    celery 40g (2 stalks)
    sweet pepper 50g (1/2 of a pepper)
    carrot 65g
    brocolli 60g
    tomato 30g (1/4)
    red onion 100g (1/2)
    garlic cloves 2
    Pc Pesto Basil 1 tbsp


vegs. amt are approx.


Cut zucchini into strips with veg. peeler remove ends. Cut all the other vegs. Cook onions,garlic,mushrooms and pepper for 2 mins then add the other vegs. except tomato,zucchini and celery. Saute a few minutes then add 1/4 c water and the remaining vegs.and add Pesto cover When the zucchini is almost ready add shrimp and finish cooking
