Ingredients

    2 cups of seedless watermelon, 1 inch cubes

    1 6oz ball of buffalo mozzarella, diced into cubes

    6 basil leaves, sliced into wide ribbons

    25 year aged balsamic vinegar (the thicker the better)

    toothpicks or skewers

Directions

layer on each skewer,a cube of melon, a cube of mozzarella and a piece of basil leave.

arrange skewers to serve and lightly drizzle with 2tbsp aged balsamic vinegar.
