Introduction
This recipe was created by my daughter for the Whole 30 Plan. I'm not exactly sure of the spices she used but I don't think it takes much since the sausage is already flavored. Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs. sausage
1 1/2 doz. eggs
1/2 red bell pepper
1/2 of 10 oz. pkg. frozen spinach, thawed
1/2 C carrots, chopped
1 tsp. rosemary
2 Tbsp. Basil
Tips
You can spice these up however you prefer.
Directions
Brown and crumble sausage, then place on plate lined with paper towels to absorb any excess fat. Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Fill lightly greased muffins tins with mixture and bake at 375 degrees until firm.
