Ingredients

    Muffins:
    Banana, fresh, 2 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) (remove)
    Baking Soda, .5 tsp (remove)
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp (remove)
    Honey, 2 tbsp (remove)
    natural peanut butter, 16 tbsp (remove)
    Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 2 large (remove)

    Toppings:
    *Quaker Oats - Quick 1 Minute - Dry, 0.15 cup (remove)
    Brown Sugar, 2 tsp unpacked (remove)

Tips

Add in any other ingredients such as raisins, craisins, nuts, etc and top as desired.


Directions

Mix ingredients for muffins in blender. Pour into greased pan.
Mix topping ingredients in bowl and sprinkle on top of each muffin. Bake at 400 for 8 mins
