Introduction
All kinds of good healthy things in here! But still moderate, or use unsweetened cranberries (the sweetened cranberries have a lot of sugar!) , might want to leave out the ginger, but it changes the taste a lot. Ingredients

BOB'S RED MILL GLUTEN FREE ROLLED OATS 3 CUPS
SPLENDA BROWN SUGAR 2 TSP (PACKED)
HONEY 1.5 TBSP
ORGANIC BLUE AGAVE 2.5 TBSP
CINNAMON 1 TSP
CARDAMON .5 TSP
VANILLA EXTRACT 1.5 CAPS
HEMP SEED SHELLED 2 TBSP
PUMPKIN SEEDS (ROASTED & SALTED) 1/3 C
CRANBERRIES, SWEETENED 2/3 C
DRY ROASTED & SALTED CASHEWS 1/3 C
CANDIED GINGER 6 PIECES (1 OZ)
COCONUT OIL 5 TSP
CANOLA OIL 7 TSP (NOTE TOTAL OIL IS 1/4 C)
SEA SALT 1/4 TSP
Directions
Preheat oven to 300
1. Mix the oats, brown sugar cinnamon and cardamom in one bowl
2. Mix the liquids together and pour over the oat mixture and blend so everything is coated.
3. Spread evenly on baking sheet ( I had to do two batches, unless you have a really big baking sheet)
4. Bake for 15 min
5. Take out and add rest of the ingredients except the cranberries
6. Bake for about another 5 min maybe a little longer, but make sure to check it so it doesn't burn.
7. Take out and cool then add cranberries, and enjoy!
