Ingredients

    1/4 cup cooked & soften black beans
    1/4 cup mixed vegetables
    1/2 cup lettuce
    1/4 cup cherry tomatoes
    2 tablespoons thousand island (add 1/2 rind of lime)

Directions

Simple! just mix all of them in a bowl and drop 2 tablespoons of thousand island(with 1/2 rind of lime) on top. Done!
