    *Bob's Red Mill Coconut Flour, 3 tbsp (remove)
    *flaxmeal, ground, 2 tablespoons, 3 serving (remove)
    *Libby's Pumpkin Puree, .66 cup (remove)
    Cream Cheese, 2 oz (remove)
    *Hood Cottage Cheese 4% milkfat, 0.25 cup (remove)
    *Eggs Large Brown Cage Free, Grain Feed & Free Roaming (1 egg), 6 serving (remove)
    *Himalayan Pink Sea Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
    Herbalife Protein Powder, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp (remove)
    Truvia Natural Sweetener, 1 serving (remove)
    Baking Powder, 1 tsp (remove)

Directions

1. mix the wet ingredients together
2. in a separate bowl, mix the dry
3. add dry to the wet and mix until batter is smooth
4. heat coconut oil in pan and cook
