Ingredients

    1 c fresh blueberries
    1 c sliced fresh pears (optional but included in nutritional info)
    1 TB Agave nectar
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1 tsp ground cardamom
    1 c Chia Seeds
    2 1/4 c Coconut Milk (not canned)
    1/2 c Almonds (slivered, chopped, crushed, your pref)

Tips

Divide out into 1 cup portion bowls and divide almonds on top for a ready made breakfast. I like to add an additional 1/4 cup of coconut milk after reheating.


Directions

Combine fruit, agave, vanilla, cardamom, chia seeds & coconut milk in pan over medium high heat. Bring to a boil stirring frequently. Simmer & stir until a texture you like, 3-5 min. Top with almonds.
