Introduction

Ingredients

    1-1.5 pounds of country style pork ribs
    1 tsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    Equal amounts of salt, pepper, garlic
    4 tbsp BBQ sauce

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees and heat pan over medium heat with 1 tsp of olive oil. Sprinkle meat with salt, pepper, garlic. Pan sear for 2 minutes on each side. Remove from heat and apply bbq sauce. Place in oven for 16 minutes (internal temp of 155-160).

Serving Size: Makes 3-4 2 oz. Servings
