Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    3 ripe Bananas, mashed
    1 snack cup natural Applesauce (4oz)
    1 large Egg
    1 cup (8oz) pain Greek Yogurt
    1/2 cup fat free milk
    1 cup white whole-wheat flour
    3/4 cup quick oats
    1/3 cup stevia for backing (if using sugar adjust nutrition info)
    2 tsp baking powder
    1/2 cup walnuts (coarsely chopped)
    1 tsp cinnamon
    cooking spray

Directions

Spray 12 muffin cups with baking spray or line with paper liners.
Preheat oven to 350 deg. F
Combine bananas, apple sauce, egg, yogurt and milk. Set aside.
Whisk together flour, oats, stevia, baking powder, walnuts and cinnamon.
Stir flour mixture into banana mixture.
Fill into 12 muffin cups, bake 16 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
