Ingredients

    1 tablespoon each:
    Pumpkin Seeds, Chai Seeds, Coconut, Shredded
    2 tablespoons Flaxseed.
    Cinnamon 1 tsp (optional)

    Milk (hot or cold)

    Fresh fruit (optional)

Tips

Your Way! Rather you like more coconut and less flax or no chai. Make it like you like it.
Use less cereal add other ingredients i.e. protein powder, maca powder,
Want an added crunch? Sprinkle with granola.


Directions

Place seeds, coconut & cinnamon in Vitamix or Coffee Grinder, blend til smooth.
Place into bowl with fresh fruit.
Add hot or cold milk
