Ingredients

    --1/4 cup of Plain Grade A all-natural yogurt (I used the Green Mountain Creamery brand)

    --2 tsp Black Chia Seeds

    --1/4 cup Fresh Blueberries

Tips

I would recommend choosing a high quality yogurt for this recipe...or any recipe, really. The reason I use Green Mountain Creamery yogurt is because it has 0% milk-fat, it's all natural, contains very little sugar compared to other brands, and is packed with live and active probiotic cultures which are great for the digestive system. My tips for buying yogurt would be: look for something low in sugar or entirely unsweetened with no additives -- the more natural the better. This yogurt does, however, have a taste somewhat similar to sour cream, though more mildly so. Adding fruits, nuts, seeds, and the like will help curve the taste.


Directions

--Scoop 1/4 cup of plain all-natural yogurt into serving dish of choice.

--Add 1/4 cup of fresh blueberries to the yogurt and stir in.

--Top with 2 tsp of premium black chia seeds and mix once more.

--Serve
