Ingredients

    8oz ground pork sausage
    15 oz ground bison
    1 cup chopped onion
    1 cup chopped green pepper
    3 large eggs

Directions

mix all ingredients in mixer until well blended
Place in 13x9 pan
bake until well done about 50 minutes
