Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 cups Bob's Red Mill 13 Bean Soup Mix
    1 can Diced tomatoes with chilies
    1 cup Bob's Red Mill TVP
    1/4 cup corn starch (optional)
    8 cups water
    Mrs. Dash Southwest Chipotle Seasoning or Chili Seasoning (About 1T or to taste)
    Salt to taste (I use Garlic Pepper Salt)

Directions

Soak beans overnight in water and drain. Add beans and other ingredients to the slow cooker in the morning and cook on low all-day for a super easy hot dinner. Next time I plan to try it with extra veggies.
