Ingredients

    one 7 oz jar roasted red peppers, rinsed and drained
    one 15 oz can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
    one 15 oz can cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
    3 garlic cloves
    2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
    1tsp ground cumin
    salt and pepper

Directions

Add all ingredients except the salt and pepper to a food processor. Process until mixture is smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Chill for at least 30 minutes and serve.
