Ingredients

    2 tsp Olive Oil
    1 1/2 chopped onions
    1 1/4 celery
    1c uncooked brown rice
    21/2 water
    2 tbs lemon juice
    1/4tsp Salt
    1/4 almonds

Directions

Brown onions & celery. Add water & lemon & salt & rice. bring to a boil. Lower heat and cover for 50 min. Until rice is cooked mix in Almonds.
