    2 cups Heavy whipping cream
    3 T Coconut Sugar
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Directions

Add all ingredients in Vitamix blender. Whip for 12 seconds on 10 (highest setting). Do not over whip. Store in refrigerator.
