    Cornstarch, 20 grams (remove)

Directions

place chicken in deep skillet with chicken broth, bring to simmer. Saute veges in large skilled with onion and garlic. cook penne to desired doneness. combine all ingredients in large skillet with cornstarch slurry and thicken. makes three servings
