    Chicken Breast Boneless Skinless, 32 oz 4 breasts
    Chunk Pineapple, canned in Unsweetened Pineapple Juice, 2 cup
    Lite Soy Sauce, .5 cup
    Garlic powder, 2 tbsp
    Onion powder, 1 tbsp

Tips

If you like a little heat crushed red pepper flakes or chili powder can also be added!


Directions

Heat wok. Cut chicken breasts into cubes and add to hot Wok. Add pineapple and juice, soy sauce, garlic powder and onion powder. Heat until chicken is cooked through.
