Ingredients

    1.25 lb. lean ground beef
    16 oz. kidney and black beans
    20 oz. pinto beans
    16 oz. canned diced tomaotes
    12 oz. tomato sauce
    chili powder, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste. A dash of splenda or sugar at the end to balance the bitter ingredients

Directions

brown the ground beef adding the onion and garlic powders. Add all other ingredients and allow to simmer for one hour. I add a dash of splenda to tame the bitters at the end. Makes 20 1 cup servings
