Introduction

Ingredients

Large can stewed tomatoes
1lb ground turkey
1lb lasagna noodles
6 cups fresh spinach
3 cups tomato sauce
32oz low fat ricotta cheese
1lb part skin mozzarella shredded
4 tbps italian seasons
1 clove garlic
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
Directions
Preheat oven to 350F.
Cook lasagna noodles for 10 minutes, until almost done. Remove from pot and place in cold water to stop cooking.
Dice clove of garlic and saute in a medium pan.
Brown turkey in same pan. Drain any liquids.
In a large pot, combine tomato sauce, stewed tomatoes, spinach, turkey, and all seasonings.
Cover and bring to a heavy simmer for 15 minutes.
Add ricotta cheese. Stir until combined.
In a lasagna pan, layer sauce, noodles, and mozarrella cheese.
Cover with foil.
Bake in oven for 40 minutes.
