Ingredients

6 tomatoes
1 bell pepper
1/2 seedless cucumber
1/2 small onion
1 serrano pepper
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp palm oil
1 Tbsp lime juice
1 Tbsp fire cider
1 tsp minced garlic
1/4 tsp fine salt
Tips
If you like more or less heat, replace the serrano pepper with a habanero or jalapeno, respectively. You can use all olive oil if you don't have or don't like palm oil, and use regular apple cider vinegar in place of the fire cider.
I like to serve with toast.
Directions
Wash vegetables and cut into chunks. Place in a blender with remaining ingredients and process until almost smooth. (I usually need to work two batches in my blender.) Pour into a nonreactive bowl and taste for seasoning. Cover and let stand in refrigerator for at least an hour for flavours to mellow.
