Introduction

Wonderful "summer" salad!!! Wonderful "summer" salad!!!

Ingredients

    1 serving Brianna Poppy Seed Dressing
    1 cup, chopped Cabbage, fresh
    1 cup, chopped Carrots, raw
    1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw
    1 oz Feta Cheese
    1 cup Garden Mix: Spinach, Romaine Lettuce, Red Leaf Lettuce

Tips

I get all my produce fresh (cheaper that way) and just pile it in a big tupperware container or one of those turkey roast pans with saran wrap on top.....


Directions

Depending on how much lettuce/etc you use, can make a weeks worth of salads. For the Brianna's poppy seed dressing, I put about 1/2 cup in a mason jar and fill the rest with water then mix it with the water (dressing alone, not watered down is too thick for my liking). You can add apples, pears, cranberries, walnuts, almonds, etc to this to make it even BETTER!!!
