Introduction

I make this often either for breakfast or a snack later at night. It helps me get my fruit for the day, AND it's filling too! I've also made this with 1/2 c. strawberries and 1/2 banana, and also with frozen blueberries. No matter what fruit I add, it still tastes amazing! Ingredients

    1 cup nonfat milk
    1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
    2 tsp. Splenda no calorie sweetener
    3 - 4 ice cubes

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
