Ingredients

    2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1 serving bell pepper saute (by MELLENLATTA)
    1 slice, medium (1/8" thick) Onions, raw
    3 serving Pam Butter Flavor cooking Spray Fat Free (by SANDELEE)

Tips

( I saute my peppers and onions in a little water in the microwave. I make a large portion and keep it refrigerated for a few days, then take what I need)


Directions

spray mug with Pam
beat eggs in the mug
add saute peppers and onions in mug
microwave for 1 minute, stir eggs and microwave another minute, add salt and pepper to taste
