Ingredients

8 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
.5 cup Milk Whole Vitamin D
    1 dash Salt
    1 dash Pepper, black
    .5 tsp Rosemary
.5 tsp Coriander, ground (by LEGALLYBLONDE81)
    .5 tsp Thyme, ground
    1 slice, thin Onions, raw
2 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Baked Potato, with skin
    2 serving Aidell's Chichen and Apple Sausage (1 link, 90g) (by CMOORE64)

Tips

You can fiddle with the nutritional value by swapping out whole milk for skim, whole eggs for egg whites and sausage for plain chicken.

Directions

The basic recipe is 8 eggs, 1/2 a cup of milk, 1/8 tsp salt, and a half tsp of pepper. To that I add whatever flavors I want that day, then bake it.

This iteration involves Aidell's sausage, 1/2 tsp of other spices, caramelized onion and baked potato.

1) Pre-bake 2 potatoes, pre-caramelize 1 small onion and pre-pan sear 2 links of Aidell's sausage.

2) Line either 1 large (6 cup) pyrex dish or two small (3 cup) rectangular pyrex dishes with the pre-baked items.

3) In a bowl, whisk the eggs, milk and spices together just enough to break and combine the yolks.

4) Pour into the dishes. Make sure everything is beneath the egg layer.

5) Bake 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes until just set.

Eat hot or cold.
