Ingredients

    Del Monte Diced tomatoes 14.5 oz can
    Ketchup 2 Tbsp
    I can't believe it's not butter 1 Tbsp
    Dried Onion to taste
    Garlic Powder " "
    Salt " "
    Pepper " "
    Cabot Fancy Blend Shredded Cheese 1/8 C
    Saltine Crackers 5 Crackers

Directions

In a blender add tomatoes, ketchup, and any seasonings you may like. I use dried onion, garlic powder, Italian seasonings, salt and pepper. blend until tomato is completely pureed. Put through a strainer to remove any chunks or seeds. Transfer to pot and add margarine, on medium head stir until margarine is melted and soup comes to a slight simmer. pour into a bowl, add your cheese and crackers and enjoy!
