Ingredients

    2 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted
    1 cup, diced Celery, raw
    1 serving Apple - Pink Lady
    .5 cup Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins)
    .33 cup Mayonnaise, regular (mayo)
    12 slice Bread, mixed-grain (includes whole-grain, 7-grain)
    1 tsp Pepper, black
    .5 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated

Tips

Use low fat mayo to lower the fat content


Directions

Chop up chicken, celery, and apple into small pieces and add to mixing bowl. Stir in cranberries, parmesan cheese & black pepper. Add mayonnaise to the rest of the ingredients and stir thoroughly.
