This is a very tasty loaf. This is a very tasty loaf.

Ingredients

    16 oz Lauras Lean Beef Ground Beef 8% fat
    .5 cup, crushed Saltine Crackers (Saltines)
    .3 cup, diced Celery, raw
    .3 cup, chopped Carrots, raw
    3 tbsp Parsley
    0.5 cup Tomato Sauce, Hunts Sauce
    1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1 tsp or 1 packet Yellow Mustard
    .25 tsp Onion powder
    .25 tsp Garlic powder
    .25 tsp Frank's Hot Sauce (by 38HEATHERS)

Tips

Browns very well on top.


Directions

Spray a 5x9 pan.
Combine beef, crackers, carrot, celery, onion, and parsley. Mix well.
Combine tomato sauce, egg and seasonings. Add to meat mixture.
Spoon lightly into pan.
Bake at 375 for 60 minutes.
Allow to rest 5 minutes.
Slice into 6 servings
