Introduction

Americanized Teriyaki! YUM! Americanized Teriyaki! YUM!
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

6 oz Pork tenderloin cut into strips
6 tbsp La Choy Teriyaki Sauce
3 slice, medium (1/8" thick) Onions, raw
0.25 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh
0.25 cup, strips Green Peppers (bell peppers)
    1 carrot (7-1/2") Carrots, raw
    0.25 cup, sliced Zucchini
    0.25 cup Snow Peas, fresh
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Tips

The amount of veggies is variable - use the veggies you like. I'm tempted to add water chestnuts. The times to cook are low because i like my veggies to have snap - cook longer if you like softer veggies.

Serve with rice.

Directions

Coat the bottom of a wok with the Extra Virgin Olive Oil and place wok on stove over high heat. Allow oil to heat through. Place pork in oil and stir fry. Once all of the outside of the pork is white, add all the vegetables. Cook for approximately 3 minutes to soften the veggies, stir often. Add the teriyaki sauce and stir to coat. Allow to simmer together for an additional 3 minutes.
