Ingredients

    2 clove Garlic
    2 tbsp Soy sauce (tamari)
    1 tbsp Vinegar - Natural Rice Vinegar (Nakano)
    1 1tsp Sesame Oil
    .50 tsp Swerve All Natural Sweetener (by JANIS-IRENE)
    .50 tbsp Curry powder
    .15 tsp Ginger, ground
    2 tbsp Onion, Spring or Green (top & bulbs included), chopped, raw (by HEALTHYLIVN4ME)
    8 oz Flank Steak
    .50 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2- Peppers, sweet, red, fresh
    .50 small Onions, raw
    1 medium Zucchini, baby
    .25 cup, chopped Carrots, raw
    .25 cup slices Waterchestnuts (water chestnuts)

Directions

Mix green onions, garlic, aminos, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and sugar substitute in a small bowl. Pour half the mixture in a plastic bag add steak and marinate overnight. To the remaining sauce add curry powder and ginger. refrigerate. Next day drain beef and discard marinade, then stir fry beef 2 - 3 minutes in oil. Transfer cooked beef to a mixing bowl. Stir-fry vegetables. When the vegetables are to the consistency you prefer add the beef back in. Serve with rice or noodles or alone.
